PVC foam

PVC foam, because of its flexibility, has very good surface following properties that are excellent in achieving good insulation.  PVC foam is supplied in various types, quick recovery and slow recovery.

The material is durable and does not decay. In many cases PVC foam is produced as semi-closed cells which, depending upon the version, ensure it becomes watertight when sufficient compression is used. PVC foam has a closed skin on the top and bottom.

Our standard PVC foams can resist temperatures of -30° C up to + 60° C. A special design can resist constant temperatures of +100° C.

PVC foam can be supplied in special super soft versions and fire retardant types can also be supplied (B2 according to DIN 4102).
